Our Fees
While some property-sourcing companies employ hidden fees and deceptive pricing tactics, we at Buildfolio take a different approach. Transparency and honesty are integral to our ethos. We believe in fostering long-term relationships with our clients based on trust and integrity.
Unlike those companies, we are upfront and transparent about all our pricing. We want our clients to have a clear understanding of the costs associated with our services from the very beginning. There are no surprises or hidden fees waiting for you once the job is completed.
Our fees* are:
- 2% sourcing fee (minimum £3,900+VAT) of the property purchase price (50% on the reservation; 50% on completion of the process)
- £1,000 + VAT commitment fee on agreed brief (refundable on fees above). It covers 3 potential deals meeting the criteria.
- 15% + VAT of refurbishment, for project management.
- 1 to 1 strategy call, free for a limited time (usually £500)
- Exclusive viewing service, £100 + VAT per viewing up to 4 rooms (subject to minimum 3 in the same area) + expenses. We will visit the property and write a full report, set of photos & video walk round. Please note that this is not a survey just a general viewing report.
